1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyPistons mobile application and web services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

MyPistons provides a digital platform for managing vehicle maintenance records, expenses, fuel consumption, and related documents. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans

• FREE: Ad-supported with basic features
• PREMIUM: Ad-free with enhanced features for 1 vehicle
• PRO and BUSINESS: Multiple vehicles and team features

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Downgrading may limit access to certain features, but your data will remain safe.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to MyPistons. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute our services

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement robust backup systems, we recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, but we will retain your data for 90 days for potential recovery.

11. Limitation of Liability

MyPistons is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
